Welcome to celebrate the 16th anniversary of Nucleus ry on 5.4.2024!

The celebrations will start with a cocktail reception at 16:00 at the University of Turku in the Agora lobby (Vesilinnantie 3). The main party will start at 18:00 in the same building at Restaurant Galilei (Vesilinnantie 3), from where we will take a bus to continue the celebrations at a secret location.

The main party at Restaurant Galilei is not licensed, so you can bring your own drinks if you wish. Please note that the after-party area is a licensed area, so you are not allowed to bring your own drinks.

On Saturday 6 April we will gather for the traditional academic herring breakfast at the TYY sauna (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4) from 11 am. There is a sauna at the herring venue, so you can bring your own sauna equipment if you wish. Swimsuits are compulsory in the sauna.

The theme of the party is Under the Sea. The dress code is dark suit and/or themed attire and academic badges of honor. The annual party costs €70 including cocktail reception, main party and after-party. The cost of a supporters' dinner ticket is €80.The herring breakfast (sillis) costs €5.

The dinner menu is indicated below and includes a vegetarian and meat option. Please also indicate any special dietary requirements when registering. The menu includes two wine courses, one shot and one coffee-avec. The option "non-alcoholic shots" includes two wine courses and two non-alcoholic shots. The non-alcoholic menu includes two mocktails and two non-alcoholic shots. Please note that the main language of the annual party is Finnish!
